Overview:
We have an opportunity to join our AXS team as a Sales Operations Specialist. In this role, you use your strong detail to administer and communicate customer, sales and financial needs in a positive and professional manner. Additionally, you'll accurately and clearly document information into various progressive databases to streamline processes internally and throughout the marketplace. Responsibilities:
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
AA degree and a minimum of 2+ years of related experience in the following areas preferred: international sales and service support, office administration, data entry and accounting.

- Sales order confirmation, processing and invoicing
- Export compliance and documentation
- Sales leads processing and order processing in [please apply online] Sales quotation assistance in [please apply online] Preparation of Government solicitations (North America)
- Directing calls to sales or service
- Contract review/third party agreements
- Other administrative duties as needed
- Communicating factory delivery time lines with sales and sales partners
- Proven attention to detail and concern for a high standard of quality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbally and written), demonstrating consistent professional and courteous relational ability and integrity
- Experienced and comfortable in cross-cultural communications
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Patient, considerate, compassionate towards others of various cultural and educational backgrounds
- Self-motivated while flexible and able to work well with others and as a team
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced, high-tech environment
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com is helpful, but not required
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred, but not required
